What is the Return Journal?

The Return Journal is an invitation to reconnect with your body and emotions. It offers you a space to feel, to slow down, to remember what matters, and to come home to your body, your rhythm, and your emotional truth.

Each entry, spanning from Loneliness to Harmony, begins with a short prompt to bring  you into your body; then you are invited to reflect – freely, honestly, without judgement. You don’t have to be eloquent. You don’t need to write a lot. You just have to meet the moment.

Along with prompts you will find pages to help you track your emotional states. Use them as mirrors, not judgements.

There is no “right” pace. You don’t need to complete it perfectly. You only need to begin. You are not broken. You are returning. Let this be your space to breathe, feel, and find your way again.
